We offer 3 easy ways to submit a prescription

1. Submit an e-Prescription

a. Search EMR system for SPRING SPECIALTY PHARMACY and select the pharmacy located in SPRING, TX (NCPDP: 4539512)

b. Enter patient’s name, date of birth, and the best phone number for the patient (or guardian if patient is a minor)

c. Enter prescription order as desired

d. Utilize note section for medications not listed in your EMR section or for further instructions

i. (Example: Okay to substitute gel if foam not covered)

e. For any difficulty finding SPRING SPECIALTY PHARMACY or entering an order, please call us at 832-764-0020 or text us at 832-400-4185!

2. Call and leave a detailed voicemail with the patient and prescription information, and your best contact number

3. Fax a prescription order form to 832-764-0030

We’ll take care of everything else!

  • We will contact the patient when the prescription is received
  • Most prescriptions process the same day for delivery
  • We bill insurance when applicable
